Working under the direction of registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will:
· Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients within ED, UTC and/or AMU.
· Assist patients with activities of daily living whilst promoting dignity, privacy and independence.
· Undertake a range of clinical observations and delegated clinical duties in accordance with Trust policies.
· Recognise and promptly report any changes in a patient's condition to the registered nursing team.
· Support patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
· Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to effective communication within the multidisciplinary team.
· Help ensure clinical areas remain safe, clean and well organised.
· Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across acute care areas where appropriate.
If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can develop your skills across a range of acute specialties while making a real difference to patients every day, we encourage you to apply.
