Working in a busy Employee Relations team  the post holder will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective operational Human Resources service providing professional HR advice to all staff groups. This includes advising and supporting Managers and staff on complex employee relations issues (including disciplinary/grievance/performance management and sickness absence) ensuring a positive internal and external reputation for the Trust.

You will help manage employee relations risk by providing expert ER advice and through the development of  effective and credible working relationships with the Divisions and across the Trust positively influence patient and staff experience.

We are looking for individuals who can work full or part time hours, minimum 22 hours per week.  Hybrid working is available but would be subject to negotiation and to meet the needs of the service with on site presence required at the Trust.  You will work with a high level of autonomy as part of a small team of  employee relations advisors and HR Business Partners providing HR advice to managers across the Trust .

This job works within our busy human resources function called Organisational Development & People.   This is a great time to join the team as we embark on implementing a shared Group HR function with our HR colleagues at RUH, Bath and GWH, Swindon along side other developmental and service improvement projects.
