Main duties of the job
- Providing safe, clinically effective, and individualised care to women throughout their pregnancy journey. Whether planning a pregnancy, during the course of pregnancy, labour or post-partum period, your expertise will ensure the well-being of both mother and baby.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, you'll be involved in all areas of the maternity services, including the birth centre. Your role will be to respond to the unique needs of women and their families, offering support and guidance based on the latest research and public health initiatives.

QUALIFICATION
Essential criteria
- Registered Midwife (Diploma/Degree in Midwifery Studies and active NMC registration
- At least 2 years recent NHS experience in midwifery
- Mentorship preparation or equivalent
- Evidence of post registration education
Desirable criteria
- NIPE trained
- Degree in Midwifery
- NLS trained
- PROMPT trained
