Current GPHc registration
Evidence of CPD
Relevant and extensive post-registration experience
Demonstrable experience of service development

Desirable criteria

RPS registration
Non-medical prescriber registration
Postrgraduate certificate for or diploma in pharmacy practice or equivalent
Project management qualification
Demonstrable advanced experience of developing electronic medicines management systems
Project management experience
