Are you passionate about making a real difference in maternal and fetal health? We’re looking for a motivated individual to lead a small team of Smoke Stop Advisors dedicated to promoting and supporting smoking cessation during pregnancy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.

  • Exceptional record-keeping and organizational skills.

  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

  • Commitment to cultural sensitivity and inclusive care.

  • Experience in delivering smoking cessation support, ideally in pregnancy or maternity settings.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice and evidence-based care to reduce smoking in pregnancy.

  • Lead, educate, and train staff through study days, in-service training, and CPD programs.

  • Collaborate closely with maternity teams and external agencies to enhance smoke-free initiatives and improve outcomes.

  • Maintain excellent records with strong attention to detail.

  • Adapt to challenges with effective problem-solving skills.

  • Promote cultural sensitivity and inclusivity within all aspects of care.

  • Work within a dynamic hospital environment.
