Job overview
We are seeking Bank Administration staff to join our Physiotherapy and CMATS teams in Wrexham.
We’re looking for motivated and organised individuals with varying levels of administrative experience who enjoy working as part of a team and can adapt to different environments. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with clinical staff and patients while supporting busy therapy services.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be reliable, flexible, and adaptable, with good organisational skills and a professional approach. You’ll have a pleasant telephone manner, excellent communication skills, and be confident using IT systems. You’ll also be comfortable handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post. Applications are welcomed from Welsh and/or English speakers.
Main duties of the job
Depending on your experience and service needs, bank duties may include:
- Reception and front‑of‑house support
- Answering telephone calls and managing enquiries
- Updating the Patient Administration System
- Typing, filing, photocopying, and document management
- Processing referrals and correspondence
- Supporting projects and service improvements
