Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.

Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Organisational Development Team, for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Officer. The post holder will be an integral member of the team and will provide administration support to the Organisational Development programmes of work.

Main duties of the job

This key role requires:

·         Excellent administration, communication and organisational skills

·         Knowledge and experience of MS Office applications, in particular; Excel, PowerPoint & Teams

·         Diary, meeting and workshop management

·         The set-up and maintenance of digital file directories.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
