Job overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a well established Clinical Coding Department at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.

The post holder will be required to work as part of a team in locating and retrieving patients Case Notes for the Coding Department.  Additionally the post holder will code minor outpatient procedures and deal with general inquiries and support the Clinical Coding Department. 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. 

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to work as part of a team in locating and retrieving patients Case Notes for the Coding Department.  The role requires lifting and carrying on occasions heavy case notes, there is also a requirement to pull an push heavy loads in trolleys.
