Qualifications
Essential criteria
- MB ChB or equivalent qualification
- Completed Foundation year 2 training or equivalent and having achieved relevant competencies
- GMC full registration with a license to practice.
- MRCOG part 1
- At least six months O+G experience
Desirable criteria
- Other relevant postgraduate qualifications
- At least six months NHS experience.
- GCP training
Experience
Essential criteria
- Competence in managing general emergencies in medicine and surgical specialties.
- Basic life support training
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Clinical audit/Quality Improvement activity
Desirable criteria
- PROMPT
