As part of this role you will work for one day per week on supporting children and young people up to the age of 25 year who have a learning disability during their transition to the Community Adult Learning Disability team.

You would be expected to contribute to the supervision of support staff and students. You will also contribute and participate as a member of the wider multidisciplinary/joint agency teams supporting children and young people with disabilities.

As part of the role you will be expected to participate in 7 day working where indicated and respiratory on-call.  Training will be available if required.
