Dementia UK has an excellent opportunity for an Admiral Nurse to join our Health Inequalities team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover to provide specialist clinical advice and support for the Chinese communities nationally for those facing issues in relation to dementia. The Admiral Nurse service is available to families via telephone, video consultation, and/or face-to-face within agreed remote clinic settings, you will also work within the agreed setting/location to provide specialist advice, best practice and support to colleagues and health care professionals.
