Band 5 or 6 Private Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist

Service Improvement Adviser - Midlands

About the role

In this role, you’ll use your quality improvement expertise to support health & care professionals with projects and programmes, equipping them with the latest tools, resources, evidence and data to develop and improve services for people with Parkinson’s.

You’ll support the development of a vibrant national network, working in collaboration with the Professional Engagement team and the regional clinical leads. You’ll also work with health and care professionals and Parkinson’s UK colleagues to respond to any threats to Parkinson's services and effect positive change.

Children’s Autism Assessment Clinical Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced clinician in children’s autism assessments to act as an Autism Assessment Clinical Specialist. Your role is to clinically supervise a team of 8-10 Autism Assessors and ensure high-quality, multidisciplinary autism diagnostic decision-making within this team.

ADOS Autism Assessor for Children and Young People - Exeter/South West England

The Opportunity

Paloma Health has developed a new gold-standard autism assessment pathway and our own Patient Record software system, which allows us to offer:

An exceptional service and timely assessments, as well as clear strengths and needs-based outcomes, regardless of whether an autism diagnosis is made.
High assessor role satisfaction by improving the experience of delivering assessments. For example, we are building an AI tool to streamline diagnostic report writing, which we know is a pressure of the role.

You will work as a member of a multidisciplinary assessment team, delivering:

In-person child observations at our Exeter clinic
Peer MDT diagnostic decision-making, with the support of the senior clinical MDT where required
