Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to transform the way in which crisis care is experienced by children, young people (CYP) and those who care for them across Greater Manchester. This role is a key element of a new GM wide Crisis Care Pathway which is child centred, needs led, responsive, accessible and flexible. You will be responsible for providing operational leadership and coordination across different pathways within the crisis service. You will also lead on the development of the day service and day to day operational management cover.

- Highly specialist knowledge and understanding of working with complex family situations, mental health, substance misuse in relation to safeguarding CYP

- Legal literacy – Adult safeguarding.
