  • Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults, including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, and forensic services with low and medium secure care.
  • Specialist mental health inpatient care for individuals with learning disabilities, alongside specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
  • Extensive community physical health and well-being services for children and adults, covering prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term condition management.

The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,500 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites. The organisation offers opportunities for medics, mental health, general nurses, children’s nurses, allied health professionals, psychology, administration and clerical staff, apprentices and volunteers, as well as those specialising in learning disabilities and community physical health services.

We are looking for an organised, reliable and people-focused HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team.

This is a key role providing a high-quality administration service to support the People and Organisational Development Directorate in delivering its priorities. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HR, helping to keep services running smoothly and ensuring staff receive a professional and responsive service at all times.

Main duties of the job

You’ll support a wide range of HR activities, including:

  • Producing accurate correspondence and supporting communications
  • Responding to HR queries and providing day-to-day administrative support
  • Coordinating meetings such as hearings and team meetings, including taking notes and managing actions
  • Preparing documentation and packs for employee relations processes
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting HR-led initiatives, training and projects
  • Monitoring deadlines, registrations and key processes to ensure compliance
  • Providing a professional, customer-focused service to colleagues and stakeholders
