17.5 hours per week – 2pm to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £29,073 per annum pro rata

As our Business Support Assistant, you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of health and safety and your customer service skills to deliver a se amless business support and facility service to our staff and members.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in everything from locking and securing our premises, liaising with contractors to organise repairs, monitoring contracts, seminar room set up and bookings, health and safety duties, ordering authorised supplies and providing cover for reception. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.

To join us you will ideally have a background in business support, experience of working in a customer service environment and knowledge of health and safety principles in the workplace. You will also have experience of working within a team environment and be able to organise your work to deliver a quality service.
