Department: ADMK Limited
Band 5: £32,073 - £39,043 per annum pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week

ADMK Limited

is a subsidiary of Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The investment in a wholly owned subsidiary was approved by the MKUH Trust Board in September 2017.  It was initially created to provide managed accommodation in respect of the Cancer Centre.  The Cancer Centre has been operational since 2020 and ADMK Limited continues to manage the building.

MKUH has been increasingly successful in identifying investment to expand the estates and improve the environment for the provision of healthcare services.  Consequently, ADMK Limited has grown significantly over the last five years, with an increasing volume of projects.  Since its inception, committed revenue from projects completed or currently underway is over £100m and the forecast revenue for 2025/26 is approximately £40m.

The successful candidate will start on the first pay point for the Agenda for Change band 5, subject to the NHS pay-setting rules. For existing band 5 candidates, employees transferring into the role will retain their existing salary on a pro rata equivalent basis, subject to contractual terms and applicable pay arrangements.

It is anticipated that this role will be predominantly home-based, with occasional travel to and attendance at the hospital site as required.
