You'll also chair the Professional Council and lead on professional standards for medical staff, as well as medical workforce governance.

Our new CMO will also be central to developing the overall medical strategy for Sirona, working closely with voluntary, community and third sector organisations as we continue the move towards preventative and proactive medicine. External influencing and networking will be an important aspect of the role, helping to maintain strong, mutually credible and trusting alliances with our partners.
