Main duties of the job

The Trust is looking for a Chief Operating Officer who shares their ambitions, and who is motivated to lead meaningful change for patients, staff and communities.  You will bring a strong track record of delivering transformational change, building high-performing teams and driving sustainable improvement to performance. Just as importantly, you will be values driven, politically astute and resilient, with the strength of character to make difficult decisions in the best interests of their patients and our staff.
