Job overview
To provide safe driving for the Clinicians based within the Cardiff and Vale CAV 24/7 service. This includes accurate vehicle checks and stocking the cars as appropriate.
Main duties of the job
•
The CAV 24/7 Driver will form part of a team who will assist the wider CAV 24/7 team to provide an effective OOH service, adhering to accepted policies and procedures.
•
The post holder is required to drive an equipped CAV 24/7 vehicle and transport GP’s safely between primary care centres, Patients’ homes or any other locations as necessary for the GP to perform their duties.
•
The CAV 24/7 Driver will work closely with the wider CAV 24/7 team and will be expected to work in a flexible way ensuring efficient service delivery.
