Job overview
Assist in ensuring the delivery of a high quality, front of house administrative/admin support reflecting the professionalism of the Service.
Main duties of the job
- Booking patients as arrived on the patient record system
- Manning small switchboard
- Scanning documents onto the patient record system
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure clinic rooms are set up for the clinicians
- Sending out appointment letters
- Booking / cancelling clinic appointments for patients and staff
- Reconciling appointments
