Job overview

Assist in ensuring the delivery of a high quality, front of house administrative/admin support reflecting the professionalism of the Service. 

Main duties of the job

  • Booking patients as arrived on the patient record system
  • Manning small switchboard
  • Scanning documents onto the patient record system
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure clinic rooms are set up for the clinicians
  • Sending out appointment letters
  • Booking / cancelling clinic appointments for patients and staff
  • Reconciling appointments
