Job overview

We are seeking reliable, proactive, and flexible Bank Facilities Assistants to join our Facilities team, providing high-quality support across a range of clinical and community healthcare sites. The working hours for this position at Littlehampton Health centre are 16:30-19:00. This bank role offers the opportunity to work on an as-needed basis, covering staff absence, seasonal demand, and operational requirements.  

As a Bank Facilities Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring our building remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for patients, staff, and visitors. You may be required to work across any other Trust sites.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated  individual to work as part of the Facilities Team at our site o ensure our standards meet the National Specifications for Cleanliness in the NHS. The role involves cleaning  departments clinical and non-clinical areas and undertaking various cleaning duties 

Previous cleaning experience (particularly in a healthcare environment) would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
