We are looking for someone to work across Worthing and Brighton in both inpatient and outpatient roles with an emphasis on  providing high quality care and delivering cost efficiencies

We welcome applications from band 7 pharmacists looking to gain experience in a more senior role. Obtaining the position at band 8a is dependent on successful completion of FS2 post-graduate diploma or equivalent. 

 

Main duties of the job

Will provide an expert level of clinical pharmacy services to neurology inpatient and outpatient services at  UHSussex NHS Foundation Trust

Will help lead specialist clinical pharmacy practice for neurology sand be responsible for the delivery, development, evaluation and co-ordination of clinical pharmacy services in line with the objectives of the division and the UHSussex pharmacy strategy.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria. For example, applicants for the Senior HCA role must be able to evidence a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role to qualify for sponsorship.

 

If you are applying using a Graduate visa as your right to work, you must have a minimum of 18 months remaining on your visa at time of application.

To manage, provide, co-ordinate and evaluate clinical pharmacy services to pharmacy services to neurology

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent

  • Independent Prescribing Qualification
  • MSc in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
