We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Band 2 Admin Support. They will be based within the Learning Disability Services. To Provide administrative support to all of the Community Teams with the administrative procedures Contribute to planning an development to the learning Disability Services as a member of the wider team.
You will be expected to support the team with general administrative issues and support the Senior Administrators with their role and other general office duties
Applicants will be expected to have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and be able to display a high standard of communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be self-motivated and a committed team player with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The ability to prioritise workloads, maintain flexibility in response to change and have a proactive approach to work is important; as is the ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude and use of initiative when dealing with unexpected situations.
The post holder will receive regular supervision and attend relevant training identified through Knowledge and Skills Framework processes and their individual Appraisal.

Preparing and editing letters and emails
Covering Reception when required
Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers
Diary management
General Office Duties
Updating Excel Spreadsheets
Supporting Community Teams with general administration
Supporting with the generic email inboxe

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential criteria
- To have some knowledge of office procedures, clerical/reception work
- 2 GCSEs/O levels English and Maths
Experience

- Effective organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Experience in the operation and use of Microsoft Office products
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of Trust IT systems e.g.Lorenzo or S1 as appropriate to work area
