Essential criteria
- • Relevant degree or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Desirable criteria
- • Masters • Evidence of Continued Professional Development
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- • Demonstrable experience in senior business development roles with full pipeline ownership • Strong track record of engaging and influencing Director and C-suite stakeholders • Experience within social healthcare, public sector, or business-to-government (B2G) markets • Experience managing multiple projects, leads, and stakeholders simultaneously • Evidence of contributing to strategic growth initiatives beyond core sales activity
Desirable criteria
- • Proven ability to generate opportunities from a cold start (cold desk experience) • Experience in M&A activity, including sourcing, evaluating, or supporting transactions • Track record of engaging commissioners ahead of formal tender processes • Ability to identify and act on market trends to create commercial opportunities
