An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic administrator to join Therapy Services team at Bromyard hospital. The successful applicants will provide a customer focused service for all patients and visitors attending the Therapy Services Department.
You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Therapy Services teams including dealing with phone queries, inputting clinical data on to patient systems and typing of clinical letters.
Main duties of the job

- Manage the booking of new and follow up patients.
- Manage clinic rescheduling and cancellations.
- To be aware and highlight issues with clinic capacity and lead times.
- Telephone and face-to-face patient management and customer service.
- Meeting and greeting patients and visitors.
- To maintain organised filing system including computerised and paper filing systems.
- To maintain archiving of patient and personal files.
- General administrative tasks.
