The Haematology Service at Medway Maritime Hospital is seeking a Clinical Training Fellow (CTF) and ST3 level or above. The successful candidate will work alongside the Trust’s substantive Consultant Haematologists who deliver a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient haematology service to the Medway Towns (Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham) and Swale.

Qualifications

Meini prawf hanfodol
  • MB ChB or acceptable equivalent
  • Registered with the GMC
  • Evidence of previous training in haematology
  • Possession of MRCP or equivalent
  • Posession of part 1 or full FRCPath in Haemtology or equivalent

Experience

Meini prawf hanfodol
  • At least four years post registration experience in medical specialities
  • Previous experience of clinical haematology
  • Previous experience of laboratory haematology
  • Experience of teaching doctors-in training and undergraduates
  • Experience of clinical audit
