Working for our organisation

Bolton is a thriving and progressively minded town, based just off the M61, 20 minutes from the centre of Manchester and with excellent transport links to the rest of the North West and further afield e.g. Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

We have a truly unique family feel across the Trust and this was reflected in the last national Staff Survey results which showed that our staff feel that Bolton NHS FT is the best place to work in Greater Manchester; we are so proud that they feel this way.

Royal Bolton Hospital has a catchment population of approximately 300,000 people. Operationally we are rated overall 'Good' by the CQC.

Further details of the post are available within the attached job description and person specification.

The vision of this Trust is to be recognised by the people of Bolton and beyond as an excellent provider of health and care services and a great place to work. We are striving to attract, recruit and retain high calibre skilled staff which reflect our communities. We are an inclusive employer who trains and develops our staff in a positive learning environment. We aim to be consciously inclusive and therefore applications from all sectors of the community are welcomed. We would particularly encourage candidates from a black and minority ethnic (BAME) background and candidates with health conditions or impairments.
