As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward, you will: Put patient care first. Carry out administrative duties. Enjoy time to get to know the people who are our patients. Meet the needs of every individual. Use your organisational skills to make a positive impact.
We are looking for HCA's to enhance our patients journey and experience in our department.
You will also need to take a numeracy and literacy test for this job
Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward, you will: Put patient care first. Carry out administrative duties. Enjoy time to get to know the people who are our patients. Meet the needs of every individual. Use your organisational skills to make a positive impact.
If you are interested in high standards of patient care, have good communication skills and are highly motivated you would enjoy working within this team. It would be desirable that you would have already had some experience within the healthcare profession, due to the demands and work load of our deparment
