Job overview

The Paediatric Audiology Service provides a wide range of children’s hearing services for the population of the London Boroughs of Hounslow and Ealing. The post holder will provide comprehensive support to the Paediatric Audiology Service. The post holder will undertake administrative tasks and be based at Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills with a high level of data accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of administrative support to Audiology services in Ealing and Hounslow other team administrators, the team leader and colleagues in specialist administration roles in the total delivery of the children’s administration service. Engaging positively in the flexible deployment of staff to ensure work is prioritized and delivered to time scale and providing cross cover to teams to meet the needs of the service in cases of absence and high demand.
