Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are recruiting for experienced band 6 nurses with 6 months experience following completion of their critical care course to join the Critical Care Team based at Northwick Park Hospital, London North West Healthcare NHS Trust.

The Critical Care Unit consists of a 24 bedded Intensive Care Unit. This a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate and an individual with a Critical Care Nursing Course to join the expanding and developing team within Critical Care. Additional to Northwick Park we also support a 12 bedded ICU on our Ealing site and an 8 bedded Enhanced Care Unit at Central Middlesex. You may at times be required to support one of these units.

As a Critical Care Unit we specialise in providing a high standard of medical and post-operative care for patients undergoing a variety of procedures and interventions. Emergency admissions are via our busy Accident and Emergency, one of the busiest units in the country. The majority of our admissions have multiple and diverse care requirements that necessitate advanced organ support such as respiratory, renal and cardiovascular interventions and treatments.

We work closely with the multiple specialities within the Trust including St Marks, with our Local Critical Care Network and National units.
