WTWA Estates Officer (Electrical)

The WTWA Estates Team provides a wide range of estate and property management services across Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford Hospital, Withington Community Hospital and Altrincham Hospital. The Team have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Officer (Mechanical) to join the department to assist in provision of Hard FM services.
The WTWA Estates Officer (Electrical) has responsibility for Hard Facilities Management (FM) services and sub contracted services at Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford Hospital, Withington Community Hospital, Altrincham Hospital (WTWA) and any other sites serviced by the WTWA Estates Team.

You would enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team environment with diverse healthcare professions as well as managing building works, staff and contractors in a hospital environment. As part of this role you will be providing different estates compliance services each day to different service users in the healthcare environment. - City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical/ Building Services Engineering
- NVQ Level 3/ ONC in Electrical/ Building Services Engineering,
- 18th Edition of BS7671
- 2391 or 2395/2396 Electrical Inspection and Testing Qualification
- Evidence of Continuing Learning
Meini prawf dymunol
- HNC and HND in relevant discipline
- Corporate membership of relevant professional body
- Suitable Building Contract Management Qualification
Experience

- Significant experience in estates contract management
- Experience in managing multi-disciplined team
- A track record of successful management and control of Hard Facilities contracts
- Experience of budget management
- Evidence of acting as the lead in maintaining and managing Electrical Compliance.
- Proven track record in providing contract appraisal
