This post is open to employees of the five LAASP organisations. As part of your application, you will be asked to confirm that you are a current employee of The Clatterbridge Centre, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Liverpool University Hospitals, Liverpool Women’s Hospital or, The Walton Centre.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to support the Axess Sexual Health service in Knowsley.
The service currently works across 2 sites:
- The Arch, Knowsley
- St Chads Clinic, Kirkby
Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, supporting basic patient triage and excellent customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be working various shifts across the Knowsley and Kirkby sites. Clinics are open Monday – Friday with a combination of booked and walk-in clinics.

Main duties of the job
Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, supporting basic patient triage and excellent customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be working across Knowsley/ Kirkby sites.
- The Arch, Knowsley - Monday – Friday between 08.30-20.00hrs.
- St Chads, Kirkby - Wednesday 08.30-13.00hrs & 15.00-19.00hrs.
The successful candidate will be expected to work various shift patterns to cover the clinic opening times above over a 5 day week (Monday- Friday) to meet the needs of the service and will be discussed at interview.
Possibility to split the full time post into two part time positions can be discussed at interview.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Working on reception desks across Knowsley and Kirkby, taking calls on the telephone triage line, checking patients into the EPR System on the walk-in and booked appointment clinics.
