You will be working autonomously and alongside a multidisciplinary heart failure team at NUH and liaising with the Community heart failure teams in support of quality care across both Primary and Secondary Care.

If you have cardiology experience at band 6 - 7 with excellent organisational and leadership skills and want to work in an enthusiastic and motivated team we would like to hear from you.

Successful applicant must be able to work 3 set days - preferably Tues/Weds/Thurs. These days can be negotiated.

Main duties of the job

Assessing and advising on the management of in-patients with heart failure at both QMC & NCH.

Reviewing patients with confirmed and suspected heart failure in the out-patient setting.

Assessing and treating patients on the day case heart failure unit.
