An Opportunity has arisen to recruit dynamic individuals to join the expanding PreAMS team.
This diverse role will require a motivated individual who will be required to undertake a variety of admin and clinic co-ordinator duties.
PreAMS is looking for a flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic individual willing to become a member of an industrious team providing a comprehensive service to patients and staff.
The successful applicants will be working in a challenging environment requiring a high level of flexibility which will involve some evening and weekend working. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and tight time constraints are required. You must be able to manage your own workload whilst having the ability to work as part of a team. You will be required to show empathy, and have a caring and pleasant approach to the role.
The role involves working to support the department to achieve our targets which are utilisation of clinics in context of waiting lists management - elective, 2ww, Routine/urgent targets.

Liaising with specialities, patents and theatres/wards

Applicant requirements
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
