Job overview

To assist with Property Maintenance work within the Trust by undertaking
semi-skilled functions and performing responsively to service users

Main duties of the job

Maintenance Support /Water Tester Team Member Band 3 AFC: 

The Property Maintenance Department (Estates), require the assistance of a full-time (37.5 HR/week) Support Team operative to assist in the busy day-to-day running of the Epsom Estates Dept. Training and basic tools will be provided and additional formal training can be discussed as part of a personal development plan.

Daily operations would include standard maintenance duties in addition to PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) works. Other operations are likely to include assistance to our skilled mechanical and electrical teams to undertake lift release operations and monthly generator tests and other emergency operations.

Experience

  • Relevant experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment dealing with directly employed staff

  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in general
