Are you passionate about providing excellent patient care and making a difference to patients' hospital experience?
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our Facilities Team as a Ward Host/Hostess on a bank only basis. This role is vital in ensuring patients receive timely hydration, nutritional support, and assistance during evening mealtimes.
Working hours: 16:30 - 19:30

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Main Responsibilities

Support the delivery of evening meals to patients.
-
Ensure patients receive regular drinks and hydration support.

Liaise with nursing and clinical teams to assist with patients' nutritional needs.

Serve food and beverages in a safe, hygienic, and caring manner.

Monitor food intake and report concerns to nursing staff.
-
Maintain ward pantries in line with food hygiene standards.

Collect and clear meal trays and replenish supplies.

Assist in creating a positive patient experience through excellent customer care.

Previous hospitality, catering, customer service, or healthcare experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
