Our Housekeeping Supervisors support a large team of Housekeepers and Ward Hosts who are responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout the Trust and delivering a first class meal and beverage service to our patients.  You need to be confident and flexible, with an ability to think on your feet.  Staying calm in challenging situations and reacting positively to the ever changing needs of the service is paramount. This is a busy, physically active role where excellent communication is at the center of everything you do. We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill; a community of over 535,000 people. We provide acute and complex services and a range of outpatient, diagnostic services whilst Crawley Hospital and Horsham in West Sussex and Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Health Centre in Surrey provide less complex planned services.
