Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.
This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Job overview
The post holder will provide comprehensive, professional and confidential administrative and operational support in the delivery of a number of projects within the Home first Programme. There will be an emphasis of capturing activity from the Home First in reach MDT who currently support the D2RA The post holder will be responsible for managing their own workload and will be given delegated responsibility for supporting certain aspects of projects.
This will include overseeing delegated activities and ensuring that timescales are being met. To develop and maintain information systems that assist in the delivery of projects ensuring that progress and Home First activity is accurately captured and reported.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to act as a channel of communication between the Home First integrated MDT, Project Home First Leads, Senior Colleagues in the Health Board, other NHS Organizations, Welsh Government and other external partners
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply

There will be an emphasis on capturing activity from the Home First in reach multidisciplinary team who currently support the discharge to recover and assess model as set out by Welsh Government.
The post holders will be responsible for managing their own workload and will be given delegated responsibility for supporting certain aspects of projects. This will include ;
- Overseeing delegated activities and ensuring that timescales are being met.
- Developing and maintaining information systems that assist in the delivery of projects ensuring that progress and Home First activity is accurately captured and reported

Swansea Bay University Health Board (formerly ABMU) was created on 1 April 2019, after responsibility for providing healthcare services in the Bridgend County Borough Council area passed from ABMU to the new Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
Swansea Bay UHB covers a population of around 390,000 in the Neath Port Talbot and Swansea areas and we have a budget of around £1bn. The Health Board employs approximately 12,500 staff. Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of a full range of administrative services acquired through training and relevant experience
Desirable criteria
- ECDL
- Bronze level service improvement
Experience
Essential criteria
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office packages to produce reports and documents
- Significant experience of providing administrative support to a senior level
- Experience of committee work, inviting attendees, venues, preparation of agenda, collation of reports and minute taking
Desirable criteria
- Project Management experience
