Job overview

The Digital Customer Operations team of Cumbria Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is expanding! 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be involved in a wide range of Digital projects.  We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to be part of new and exciting projects and product support which will support the Trust’s digital journey.  

This is a hybrid working post. The successful applicant must be able to travel to sites based across the whole of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear on a regular basis.

Please note, this post could  be subject to a potential TUPE transfer into NTW Solutions, our wholly owned subsidiary Company the potential Tupe date is 1st October 2025. 

Main duties of the job

You will work in a supportive role to the Digital Product and Delivery teamThis is an entry level position, to assist with the implementation, configuration, testing, training and ongoing support for clinical and corporate systems and digital solutions.

Covering an area from the Borders of Scotland to the North of Durham, and across North Cumbria, we are actively working with Trust services to improve digital provision.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Educated to A-Level/ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of some principles of change management
  • Knowledge of a range of digital solutions and systems
  • Awareness of problem resolutions processes and user experience
  • Experience in delivering customer service
  • Experience of digital configuration, testing and training would be desirable

Essential criteria
  • Educated to A-Level/ NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
  • Post is suitable for degree apprentices providing the subject area of the degree is relevant to the post.
  • Desire to learn and develop.

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of some principles of change management within an organisation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel
  • Awareness of problem resolution processes
  • Awareness of user experience
Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles
