We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Lead to join our Older People's Community Treatment Team (CTT) based in Newcastle.  This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role within a supportive and dynamic team.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

You'll be leading clinical practice across the team, supporting staff in delivering high-quality care to older adults with complex mental health conditions such as dementia, depression and psychosis.  this includes working closely with families and carers, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions, and helping people manage symptoms, maintain stability and improve quality of life.

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered Learning Disability Nurse (as appropriate) or equivalent relevant professional qualification
  • Mentorship Qualification
  • If applicable to service Non Medical Prescriber
  • Relevant Clinical Training and post graduate Qualification

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven track record of providing professional leadership within clinical services
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of positive clinical risk taking and risk/safety planning
  • Knowledge & Experience of the Recovery Model.
  • Clinical supervision and Application. Adherence to Health and Safety policies.
  • Casework Management.
  • MDT working.
