The role also includes providing specialist advice, patient education and support to promote self-management and optimise clinical outcomes, while contributing to service development, audit and evidence-based practice.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.

- Perform clinical procedures such as venepuncture and cannulation to support patient care. Contribute cardiology input across the Emergency Department, cardiology wards and Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic where required. Promote holistic, patient-centred care, ensuring patients receive appropriate education and support to enable informed decision-making and self-management.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to support effective care pathways, service development and clinical audit. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues using structured tools such as SBAR.
