Job overview
The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team is a multi-disciplinary team offering intensive short-term crisis mental health interventions to those in the Chichester and Bognor Regis area. We aim to prevent hospital admissions and to facilitate supported discharges from mental health hospital settings.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit someone, who is enthusiastic, with good communication skills and is committed to working as part of a team and in partnership with service users and carers.
You will need to have some experience of working in a mental health setting and be willing to work flexible hours to enable the team to provide a 7 day service.
You will receive regular supervision and have the opportunity for personal and professional development as well as contributing to the team's development.
You will be expected to travel across sites in order to cover an urban / rural area.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
This is an exciting and dynamic role that offers the opportunity for development and implementation of high-quality services. Previous experience in a mental health setting is essential. We offer excellent staff support through clinical supervision and teamwork.
Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team is integral to our Urgent Care Pathway and ensure people presenting to acute mental health services receive a compassionate, person- centred assessment.
This is a seven day per week service, which may necessitate some working unsocial hours, however, working unsocial hours does bring a salary increase, in line with Agenda for Change guidelines.
