We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our proactive care and community rehabilitation team in Bradford.
This dynamic, award‑winning service focuses on prevention and early intervention, supporting frail adults in primary care and community settings.
In this role, you will also contribute to our integrated Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Service. You’ll manage a varied, stimulating caseload and be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team with a strong rehabilitation ethos across multiple pathways, including intermediate care.
We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist with a genuine interest in older adults, proactive care, and rehabilitation. Community experience is essential. Ideal candidates will bring NHS rehabilitation experience, demonstrate flexibility, and show commitment to ongoing development.

Main duties of the job
To undertake a defined range of high standard professional duties, within the therapy services.
The post requires the post holder to work as part of a team.
The post holder could have supervisory responsibilities for some assistant workforce staff.
The post holder will have responsibility for participating in the supervision and education of junior staff, and also the supervision and education of student physiotherapists and work experience students.
There are no budgetary or direct staff management responsibilities.

The service has a comprehensive in-house training/supervision and support programme in place to develop staff and supports ongoing postgraduate education and dedicated time for personal development.
A British driving licence is essential, as is access to a car with business insurance.

- Degree in Physiotherapy Studies
- HCPC Registered
Experience
Essential criteria
- Significant post-graduate experience, including recent NHS work as a Physiotherapist.
- Previous experience working in community settings
- Previous rotations/experience within the Rehabilitation setting
Skills
Essential criteria
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Competent in core areas of Physiotherapy practise
- Competent IT skills
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality
- Clinical Educators course
Desirable criteria
- Attendance on external post-graduate courses
- Leadership or management development qualification / courses
- Relevant specialist qualification or training to diploma level or equivalent experience
- Post registration qualification in relevant subject
