Job overview
The Practice Education Administrator will work as part of the Practice Education Team providing effective, professional and quality administration support across a number of key workstreams, enabling the department to fulfil its function to a high standard.
There is an expectation that you will support the Practice Education team with all aspects of administration support such as the installation of new online learning course modules and adding new dates for training, room bookings, e-certification, maintaining databases as required, providing data for reporting and general help and guidance to all employees.
The post holder will manage his/her own workload, but support, advice and guidance will be given as required to coordinate more complex tasks.

- Ability to prioritise tasks, to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to work under pressure achieving specific targets and meeting agreed deadlines
- GCSE Maths and English
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and to be able to make best use of resources available
Desirable criteria
- NVQ business Administration Level 3
- Able to understand and convey specialist information from varying systems
- 2 years Administrator experience
