Job overview

We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sirona care & health as a Corporate Governance Administrator within our dedicated Corporate Governance Team.

In this key role, you’ll provide high‑quality, confidential and proactive administrative support to help us deliver excellent corporate governance across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues, Board and Committee members, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our governance processes run smoothly and professionally.

You’ll manage a varied and interesting workload – from coordinating meetings, preparing papers and maintaining key governance registers, to minuting committees, supporting policy management and contributing to the Governance Improvement Plan.

Working both independently and as part of a supportive team, you’ll use your initiative to respond to enquiries, meet deadlines and keep our systems and processes running to a high standard. If you’re organised, proactive and passionate about enabling good governance that makes a real difference to staff, service users and our communities, we’d love to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

  • Coordinate and support Board, Committee and governance meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking and timely distribution of papers.
  • Maintain essential governance records and systems, such as registers, policy databases and secure filing arrangements.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports, papers and presentations to support effective decision‑making.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries professionally and supporting smooth governance operations.
  • Contribute to improvements in governance processes and support the delivery of the Governance Improvement Plan.
  • Provide flexible administrative support across the Corporate Governance Team, including occasional deputising for the Corporate Governance Manager.

We are committed to equality of opportunity, to being fair and inclusive, and to being a place where all belong. We aim to draw upon the widest possible range of views and experiences to meet the changing needs of our colleagues, partners and communities we serve.
