Do you love meeting new people and sharing great stories? We’re looking for friendly Newcastle Hospitals Charity Representatives to help us spread the word about the amazing things happening at the Newcastle Hospitals.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

As a representative of the Newcastle Hospitals Charity, your contribution allows us to increase awareness of the charity, raising funds to help support important projects within our hospitals and community.

At Newcastle Hospitals Charity our goal is to make a positive impact at Newcastle Hospitals. We proudly support staff, patients and the wider community of the hospitals, and fund a range of initiatives – from cutting edge cancer research, to innovative medical equipment and ward refurbishments.

Important note on completion of the application form

REFERENCES: Candidates are required to provide the address, telephone number and work email address of at least TWO referees, who should be either a current or former employer, senior work colleague, teacher, tutor or person of good standing in the community, and certify that they have known you for a minimum of 3 years prior to the date of application.  PLEASE NOTE: That we cannot accept references from Friends or Family members and must request professional email addresses to contact referees.

  • Represent the Newcastle Hospitals Charity at various locations as requested.
  • Contact community groups to offer presentations on the work of the charity.
  • Confident to deliver  short presentations to community groups about the work of the charity. (Full training will be provided)
  •  Attend cheque presentations, representing the charity.
  • Collect cash donations as required.
  •  Attend events on behalf of the charity.

  • Basis I.T skills to update a database
  • Confident on the phone and dealing with supporter’s (tin locations)
