Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit a motivated and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to join our Facilities Services Team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with supervisory experience in domestic and catering services to support the delivery of high-quality patient environments across Trust sites.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day supervision of domestic and catering teams, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service delivery in line with NHS National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and Trust policies.

Working closely with the Soft FM Team Leader and Soft FM Service Manager, the Soft Services Supervisor will oversee domestic and catering operations across the Owned & Leased Trust services. The post holder will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating rotas, managing resources, undertaking quality inspections, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
The role involves supporting staff development through training and supervision, monitoring service performance, managing absence and annual leave cover, conducting audits and inspections, and responding to operational issues to ensure continuity of service.
