Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Audiology admin team. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Clinic  Administrator to join our team.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills who can work well under pressure. You must be able to work well within a team and be able to manage, prioritise and organise your own workload. You should be able to enhance a positive approach to our working environment and be able to work flexibly depending on the service demand.

Main duties of the job

To provide a professional reception service, to all its users including patients, relatives and colleagues.

To ensure that all clinics are fully utilized by collaborating closely with both Administrative and Clinical Teams.

To ensure effective clinical bookings/cancellation following trust guidelines

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • NVQ level 2 Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent experience

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment or reception role
