Under the supervision of the Urology CNS Team, this person will also be responsible for providing follow up support for patients and families who are living after treatment or with a cancer diagnosis. This will involve signposting to other hospital and community services.

  • Prepare patients for a range of urology outpatient procedures (e.g., flow rate tests, bladder scans, flexible cystoscopy pre‑assessment, prostate assessment clinics).
  • Diagnostic Testing & Clinical Procedures
  • Perform and record measurements such as uroflowmetry, post‑void residual bladder scanning, urinalysis, and other point‑of‑care tests.
  • Assist registered clinicians during investigations and minor procedures, ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
