Job overview

Applicants are invited to apply for the exciting opportunity of Health care assistants (Band 3) to work as part of the multidisciplinary team supporting patients in the community.

 The post holder will be part of a wider community nursing team with vacancies in the   Hull and Beverley locality. You will work clinically in the community providing nursing care to patients in their own homes. The posts are for a fixed term of up to 12 months.

There are part time and full time hours available with shift patterns of 8am - 4pm and 10am – 6pm. The service covers 7 days per week.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Health care assistants to work within our team, providing holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.

The successful applicants will have experience of working in a health care setting and NVQ level 3 in health and social care (or equivalent qualification) is essential.  The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be a motivated member of the team. CHCP offers comprehensive structured support on induction with regular supervision and support to achieve learning outcomes.
